Requests for help using an app

We are a small non-profit that must balance time supporting users with time developing apps. So we can’t provide the same level of support you might receive from a commercial enterprise. We do try to respond to every request, usually within a week.

Please provide as much detail as you can, about what you were trying to do and what happened instead. Please include screenshots of issues or error messages where possible. The more descriptive you are, the greater chance we can help.
